To request for the replacement of your licence in the event of its loss or damage, flight crew members are required to adhere to a set of specific steps outlined by the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority. This request should be submitted to our office following the outlined steps mentioned below.

Application Process

Step 1 - Request for Centrik Access (if applicable)

To complete certain online application forms, it is necessary to have Centrik access. Please follow the steps below to request access:

  • Ensure you hold a valid licence (Foreign or Seychelles licence) at the time of requesting access.
  • Once your request is submitted, we will review it promptly.
  • If your request is approved, we will send you your login credentials to your email.
