Additionally, we may also receive direct requests from you, independent of any request from the authority or airline, to send your licence and medical details to them. In such cases, we handle these requests individually and follow a specific process to ensure the secure transfer of your information. To facilitate this process, we issue a verification letter to the requesting party, confirming the licence and medical information we hold on your behalf. However, it is important to note that before releasing your licence and medical details, whether in response to a request from a foreign authority, airline, or directly from you, we require your explicit consent.

To grant your consent, we kindly request that you provide us with a formal request explicitly authorising the release of your licence and medical details.
