Notification of Change to Personal Details


Flight crew members are required to send a formal request to the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority to notify them about any changes in their personal details. These changes may include updates such as a change of address, a name change due to marriage or civil partnership, a name change by deed poll, or a change of nationality. Once the SCAA receives the request and it is approved, they will update the flight crew member's licence with the requested changes. It is essential for flight crew members to adhere to this process as it ensures that the SCAA maintains accurate and up-to-date records, as well as ensures the validity and relevance of their licence. By promptly notifying the authority of such changes, flight crew members contribute to the smooth functioning of aviation operations, ensuring effective communication and compliance with regulatory requirements. This request should be submitted to our office following the outlined steps mentioned below.

Application Process

Step 1 - Request for Centrik Access (if applicable)

To complete certain online application forms, it is necessary to have Centrik access. Please follow the steps below to request access:

  • Once your request is submitted, we will review it promptly.
  • If your request is approved, we will send you your login credentials to your email.
