You can view the meaning of the various icons and colours used throughout the Dashboard by using the legend. To access it, click the Show Legend button located on the right-hand side of the screen. The legend panel will then appear, displaying the different icons, colours, and their corresponding meanings for items and actions.

The image below shows the different item and action statuses used within the system and their corresponding meanings.

If Accessibility Mode is enabled in your User Preferences, the legend will display additional icons alongside the status colours (for example, a red triangle or yellow triangle) to help distinguish between different statuses.

If you prefer to display only the status colours without the accompanying icons, you can disable Accessibility Mode in the User Preferences section of your account.

With Accessibility Mode turned off, the legend displays statuses using colours only, without any accompanying icons. This provides a simplified view while still allowing you to identify the different status types.

If you would like icons to be displayed alongside the status colours, you can enable Accessibility Mode in the User Preferences section of your account.
