To view all findings assigned to you across the different phases—such as Released, Responded, Response Accepted, and previously Closed findings:

Go to your Dashboard. On the right-hand side of the screen, under the More Task Views column, hover over the Compliance tile. Additional options will appear below the tile—select My Findings.

On the My Findings page, you will see all findings assigned to you (or your organisation) across the different phases.

For each finding, the following details are displayed: audit target, approval type, finding category, audit number, finding number, finding title, severity, and the response or closure due dates.

The number shown in brackets next to each phase indicates how many findings are in that phase. To view the findings within a specific phase, click the triangle icon to expand it. Click the triangle icon again to collapse the phase.

To view a specific finding, simply click on it in the list.
