In Version 5 of Centrik, a new feature called Side-by-Side View has been introduced. This feature allows you to view multiple phases of a finding on the same page, eliminating the need to navigate back and forth between pages. Please note that while you can view the phases side by side, you will still need to navigate to each phase individually to make changes or edits. This feature is designed solely to make reviewing different phases easier and more efficient.

To pin a phase, open a finding and locate the Phase Tracker on the right-hand side of the screen. From there, you can pin any of the available phases for simultaneous viewing.

In a finding, in the Phase Tracker, click the Pin icon next to the phase you wish to pin.

For example:

• To pin the Act phase, click the pin icon next to Act.
• To pin the Close phase, click the pin icon next to Close.

This allows you to display and review multiple phases side by side.

Once you have pinned a phase, it will appear side by side with the phase you are currently viewing.

For example, in the image below, we were in the Capture phase of the finding and chose to pin the Act phase. As a result, the Act phase now appears on the right side of the page, next to the current Capture phase. This allows you to review the information in both phases simultaneously.

If you want to switch the position of a pinned phase, click the Switch Position icon at the top of the page for that phase (as shown in the image below).

• If the pinned phase is currently on the right side of the page, clicking this icon will move it to the left side.
• You can click the button again to alternate the position as needed.

You can pin multiple phases on the same screen for side-by-side viewing. To do this, click the Pin icon next to each phase you wish to view.

For example:

• If the Act phase is already pinned, you can also click the Pin icon for the Close phase.
• This will allow you to view the Capture, Act, and Close phases together on the same page.

Please note that pinning multiple phases may not display well on smaller devices. For the best viewing experience, it is recommended to use a larger screen when pinning multiple phases.

Remember: The Side-by-Side View feature is for viewing only. To make any changes or edits, you will still need to navigate into each phase individually.

To unpin any pinned phases, you have two options:

• Click the X icon at the top of the pinned phase (as shown in the image below), or
• Click the Pin icon next to the corresponding phase again to unpin it
