Once an inspector at the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority has completed creating their findings and is ready to release them, you and your team will receive an email notification at your registered Centrik email address. The notification will inform you that one or more findings have been released, indicate the phase each finding is in, and specify the inspector who assigned them. Additionally, the email will include a direct link to access the finding(s) in Centrik.

To access the finding directly from the email, simply click the link provided. This will take you to the finding in Centrik.

Please note that you will be required to log in first if you are not already signed in.

Enter the username and password provided into the respective fields on the SCAA Centrik Log-in screen and click on the Log In button.
You can access the SCAA Centrik system by visiting https://scaa.centrik.net

After logging into your account, you will be directed to the dashboard, which provides an overview of any items or tasks requiring your attention. Under the My Tasks tab, any findings that have been released to you or your organisation will appear on this page. From here, you can filter or search tasks using the available tools. To view a specific finding, simply click on it from the list.
