Findings – Phases (Capture, Act, Close)
In a finding assigned to you or your organization, the process is divided into three phases: Capture, Act (Action), and Close. Each phase serves a specific purpose. To view these phases, please look on the right side of the screen, where you will find the Phase Tracker displaying all three phases. You can access each phase by clicking on its name within the Phase Tracker. Please refer to the image below for an example of how the phases appear in the Phase Tracker.
