Enter the username and password provided into the respective fields on the SCAA Centrik Log-in screen and click on the Log In button.
You can access the SCAA Centrik system by visiting https://scaa.centrik.net

Once you are logged in, locate the navigation menu on the left side of the screen and select the Occurrence Module icon to open the module.

From the Dashboard tab, select the Start New Report button to initiate a new report.

From the list, select the applicable report you wish to complete and submit to the SCAA. Once selected, click the Start button below to proceed.

After clicking the Start button, you will be directed to the selected report to begin completing it. The first section that will open by default is the General Information section, where you are required to enter the report title and a description of the occurrence.

At the bottom of this section, you will find a list of options related to different occurrence types. You may select one or multiple options that apply to your report. For example, if the occurrence involves a bird strike, select the Bird Strike checkbox. If additional factors are involved, you can select those as well. Based on your selections, the system will automatically add the relevant sections for you to complete as part of the report.

The Attachments section allows you to upload supporting files for your report, such as evidence or examples related to the occurrence. You may add images or other relevant documents to help substantiate and clarify your report.

If you are not ready to submit the form and require more information or time to complete it, please click on the Save Draft button located in the Finish and Submit section of the form.

After you have saved your draft report, if you wish to view it or to continue completing or to submit it, go back to the Occurrences Module and click on the My drafts tab.

If you wish to delete your saved draft permanently, click on the Delete button next to the report on the My drafts page.

To edit your draft, click on the report title. After opening the report, insert or amend the existing information.
If you still wish to save the report as a draft again, click on the Save Draft button again. If you wish to submit this form, continue to Step 7 below.

In the Finish and Submit Section, click on the Submit button after completing all the required sections and uploading all the required documents.

To view your previously submitted cases, return to the Occurrences Module and click on the My Cases tab. This tab displays all reports you have submitted. To open a specific report, simply click on its title to view the full details.
