How to request for information
In addition to the SCAA’s proactive disclosure and extensive efforts to make Information readily accessible to the public online, the Authority releases information to the public on request. These requests should be made in writing to the Information Officer, where its provision will be considered in accordance with the provisions of the Access to Information Act, 2018.
The Information Officer endeavors to provide a response to requests within 21 days, recognizing that additional time may be needed for special circumstances, such as complex requests that requires a search through a large amount of information and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with the activities of the information holder concerned.
